How are you?
H o w a r e y o u?
H o w a r e y o u?
Jumbled wires inside me,
jittery and sparking,
electrifying pain
inside my brain.
Please don’t ask me
to explain.

I pray my poetry may speak to you or perhaps help you gain a little insight into the battle that someone you know might be going through.
